The Client

A fast-growing property investment company that sources potential property deals through public referrals. Every lead they receive is an opportunity—so accuracy and reliability are key.

The Role

As a Data processor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating property leads submitted by the public. Using a range of websites and online platforms, you will carry out thorough background checks on each property to ensure it meets our internal terms and conditions for potential investment.

Your Responsibilities

Using platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, HM Land Registry, Google Maps, council planning portals, and others, you will:

  • Verify if the property is currently listed on the market
  • Check if the property has been sold in the last 5 years
  • Investigate whether the property has planning permission
  • Assess whether the property is occupied or vacant (e.g., via street view, letting ads)
  • Cross-check to ensure the property is not already in our internal database
  • Determine whether the property is residential or commercial

You will be expected to complete a minimum number of properties checks per day, in line with the client’s admin team's daily targets.

Your Background

Experience in Data entry role or similar positions

Background in property is preferable

Salesforce experience is an advantage

Excellent attention to detail — mistakes can result in financial loss or missed business opportunities

Efficient work style – able to complete tasks quickly without sacrificing accuracy

Confident using a variety of online tools and websites for research

Highly organized with the ability to follow structured guidelines

Good written communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
