Data Curation Associate

About the Role: At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We are looking for a Data Curation Associate to collaborate with various teams to curate and maintain places data sets that are essential for our operations and decision-making processes. You will work on multiple projects, analyzing data to identify, fix, or report issues while strictly following established policies to ensure high accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Analyze search-related issues and select the most relevant resolution using established workflows.
• Review and correct large volumes of data, meticulously documenting issues for analysis.
• Perform deep dives and root cause analysis into search queries (e.g., why a user couldn't find a specific place).
• Work with mapping tools with high accuracy in accordance with guidelines.
• Escalate issues effectively to relevant internal teams.

What You Bring

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high concentration and sustained attention to detail.
• General understanding of traffic regulations and mapping fundamentals.
• Technical fluency with Google Workspace products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet).
• Bonus: Familiarity with Jira, basic understanding of SQL, and background in mapping/cartography.
