About Us: We are a fast-growing, fully remote travel company specializing in curating unforgettable vacations, luxury cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and specialized adventure experiences across the globe. We build high-touch client experiences, prioritizing deep customer empathy, brand trust, and seamless backend support infrastructures.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to manage client journeys in a fast-paced, remote environment. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth client reservation management—handling direct booking inquiries, validating custom itineraries, and troubleshooting travel-related logistics or modifications across our supplier platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Resolution: Respond to incoming customer support requests via email, phone channels, and live chat queues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Itinerary Architecture: Provide accurate, verified data points regarding resort reservations, cruise configurations, travel policies, and airline itineraries.
  • Logistics Troubleshooting: Isolate common booking errors, process profile updates, and systematically escalate complex routing conflicts to specialized internal managers.
  • Supplier System Navigation: Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of external partner platforms, ticketing restrictions, and agency policies.
  • Post-Booking Governance: Execute structured customer follow-ups to ensure comprehensive trip satisfaction and provide day-of-travel support protocols.
  • System Data Entry: Log and audit all communication trails accurately within internal customer relationship management (CRM) software databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience or exposure to the travel booking industry is highly valued but not strictly required.
  • Strong interpersonal mechanics and a verified track record operating productively within an independent workspace.
  • Comfortable adapting to web portals, online booking engines, cloud communication pipelines, and shared CRM architectures.
  • Tech-savvy problem solver with access to a quiet, professional remote home workspace.
  • Age & Compliance Constraint: Must be 18+ years of age and hold active legal authorization to work in the United States.

What We Provide

  • Comprehensive initial training blocks and ongoing professional mentorship models.
  • Access to official Travel Agent Certification paths (if personally desired).
  • Exclusive access to global travel discounts, agency perks, and resort privileges.
  • A highly supportive online workspace community equipped with premium digital toolkits.
