About the Role: ModSquad is excited to partner with a leading global music streaming platform. We are looking for friendly, tech-savvy Customer Support Representatives to join our all-remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure the best possible listening experience.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both German and English.
  • Help customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Handle 3-5 simultaneous chats while keeping cool under pressure.
  • Spot and solve issues swiftly to deliver top-tier customer support.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in both German and English, with professional-level communication skills.
  • Experience providing support through inbound messaging and handling multiple simultaneous chats.
  • A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia/Tahoe with at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • A stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
  • Bonus: Passion for music and creating personalized, memorable customer experiences.
