Job Description

About the Role: Verse Medical is on a mission to build modern software infrastructure for healthcare, moving beyond faxes and phone tag. As a Customer Experience Associate, you are on the front lines of supporting clinics that rely on Verse Medical. You’ll resolve questions, remove friction in the ordering process, and serve as a trusted partner to clinical teams.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound clinic inquiries via phone, email, and chat with high empathy.
  • Troubleshoot order issues, product questions, shipping updates, and documentation needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Ops, Billing, and CSM teams to resolve escalations.
  • Identify and proactively flag at-risk orders or delays in the workflow.
  • Maintain clean and accurate documentation in Kustomer (ticketing system) and contribute to knowledge base updates.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, healthcare operations, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in systems like G-Suite, Slack, and Kustomer/Zendesk.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for healing a fragmented healthcare system.
  • Bonus: Experience supporting healthcare clinics or medical products in a startup environment.
