About the Role: The CRM Systems Manager at Sandstone Care is a service-oriented technologist embedded within the IT Department, responsible for the configuration, build, and continuous improvement of platforms like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), and Five9.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the day-to-day owner and primary administrator of the Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions technology stack.
  • Partner daily with department leaders to translate business goals into scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Gather requirements, configure and build solutions in-house, and lead rollouts to department heads and end users.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing and SVP of Admissions as a true business partner.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive Salesforce Administrator experience with growth into Senior Admin or team-managing responsibilities.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201 required, ADM 211 preferred).
  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud (Marketing Cloud exposure preferred).
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and able to work across multiple time zones.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM-adjacent platforms (CTM, Five9), API integrations, and behavioral health treatment providers.
