Credentialing Specialist

About the Role: IVX Health is a national provider of infusion and injection therapy for individuals managing chronic conditions. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for the credentialing and enrollment of practitioners across all states and jurisdictions in which IVX Health operates, ensuring compliance with commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, track, and submit licensure, certification, and credentialing applications to government and commercial payor offices.
• Facilitate the completion of all payer practitioner linking applications and maintain active provider status.
• Manage and maintain contracts, licenses, and credentials, performing regular communication with payers.
• Ensure the credentialing program is compliant with health plans, State and Federal regulations, and accrediting bodies.
• Maintain accurate provider profiles on CAQH, PECOS, CMS, Verity, and Availity databases.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of demonstrated success in provider and facility contracting and credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with internal and external constituents.
• Familiarity with multi-site and multi-state provider environments.
• Bonus: Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification and experience with Infusion, GI, Rheum, or Neuro medical practices.
