Avec Amour is a luxury lingerie brand serving customers globally. We are scaling aggressively through paid social β€” particularly Meta β€” and we are looking for a performance-driven Creative Marketing Manager to lead our creative testing engine.

This is not a β€œpost and hope” marketing role. This is about building a machine that systematically tests, optimizes, and scales winning creatives. If you understand that great ads are engineered β€” not guessed β€” this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire creative testing process inside Meta Ads Manager
  • Launch structured testing campaigns weekly
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb stop ratio, CPA, ROAS)
  • Kill underperformers quickly and scale winners decisively
  • Continuously refresh creative angles to avoid fatigue
  • Source and recruit high-quality UGC creators
  • Write clear, performance-driven briefs
  • Manage creator deliverables and timelines
  • Ensure a steady weekly flow of fresh ad creatives
  • Deliver weekly performance breakdowns with clear insights
  • Identify patterns in winning hooks, formats, and messaging
  • Turn data into actionable creative direction
  • Work directly with the Founder to align growth strategy

Requirements

  • Someone who has 3–5 years in digital marketing and done with roles where someone else makes all the calls
  • Highly confident inside Meta Ads Manager
  • Genuinely excited by fashion, lingerie, and brands with a point of view
  • Fast. Decisive. Comfortable killing an underperforming ad without losing sleep over it

Tools & Technical Requirements

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Instagram & Facebook ad ecosystems
  • CapCut (or similar video editing tools)
  • Later (or similar scheduling tools)
