Job Description

About the Role: Brilliant is an innovative branded products and corporate gifting company. We are looking for a Creative Account Manager to serve as a trusted gifting advisor, uncovering new gifting opportunities, influencing decision-making, and ensuring every initiative delivers revenue, margin, and long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to clients, cultivating strong relationships through regular touchpoints.
  • Lead client projects from initial concept to approval and final revenue using a consultative sales approach.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin goals by identifying and converting upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and clients, managing resources and escalations.
  • Provide consistent, creative direction to the creative team to execute Lookbooks and programming briefs.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of full-time experience in customer success, client services, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record owning revenue targets and growing a book of business while protecting margins.
  • Strong relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence and executive presence.
  • Tech-savvy with working experience in platforms like Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, or ticketing systems like Front.
  • A mindset of ownership, continuous improvement, and comfort in managing multiple priorities and timelines.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $65,000 - $70,000 with an OTE of $75,000 - $90,000 / year.
