Counsel, International

About the Role: Hims & Hers is the leading health and wellness platform. As Counsel, International, you will report to the Managing Counsel, Corporate and International, and be responsible for supporting the UK business. You will advise on the compliant promotion of healthcare products and services across the UK and EU, sitting at the intersection of life sciences, healthcare compliance, and marketing law.

What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice on UK healthcare and life sciences regulations, including MHRA, CQC, and private healthcare frameworks.
• Review and approve marketing and advertising materials, advising on compliance with ASA/CAP Code, DMCC Act, and ABPI Code of Practice.
• Counsel on telehealth and digital health services, including online prescribing and patient journeys.
• Handle regulatory inquiries and manage risk assessments for campaigns.
• Support the growth of Hims & Hers' international business in other markets outside of the UK and EU.

What You Bring

• Qualified solicitor in the UK, Ireland, or another EU jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience P.Q.E (Post-Qualified Experience).
• Experience advising UK healthcare product and marketing teams, ideally from a top law firm or in-house team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent business judgment, and a creative mindset.
