Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Copy & Content Intern to join our core Center of Excellence (COE) department in a full-time remote capacity within India. Working directly at the intersection of our Growth, Paid Media, and Creative cells, you will take hands-on responsibility for drafting persuasive marketing copy across paid advertising platforms, website architectures, and customer retention streams. Moving far beyond abstract blogging, you will learn to structure short-form text assets that stimulate consumer action, run systematic A/B testing loops, and adapt messaging tone across multiple partner brand guidelines. This internship position is perfectly engineered for an analytical wordsmith who wants to master conversion-focused copywriting, study consumer behavior data, and thrive in an agile, fast-paced performance studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Ad Copywriting: Write high-performing ad creatives, headlines, and captions tailored natively to satisfy platform best practices across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • A/B Testing & Variable Generation: Produce multiple copy variations, messaging hooks, and customized formatting structures to support systematic split-testing and rapid campaign iteration.
  • SEO Landing Page Construction: Formulate SEO-optimized landing page descriptions, website body content, and dedicated search target indexes, balancing search engine requirements with user intent.
  • On-Page Technical Hygiene: Configure critical content markers across web pages, ensuring correct keyword placement, descriptive heading hierarchies, meta titles, meta descriptions, and structural link labels.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Craft conversion-focused microcopy for promotional emails, dynamic banner ads, and organic social media channels to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and overall engagement.
  • User Experience Alignment: Collaborate alongside internal visual designers and web developers to align layout copy hierarchy with product wireframes and creative design specs inside Figma.
  • Competitive Analysis & Brand Auditing: Conduct baseline competitive copy reviews, draft channel-specific messaging guidelines, and propose content updates across digital newsletters, blogs, and public assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Outstanding, impeccable written and verbal English communication mechanics, highlighted by an extreme attention to detail and rigorous proofreading habits.
  • Deep curiosity about consumer behavior, digital growth trends, performance marketing frameworks, and the psychology behind user conversion paths.
  • Basic conceptual understanding of core online social advertising networks, primarily encompassing Meta, Google, TikTok, or YouTube dashboards.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple text generation requests concurrently while maintaining rapid turnaround times from initial brief to first draft.
  • Functional familiarity with everyday collaborative workspaces and creative software documentation suites, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Canva.
  • Location Context: Full-time remote internship operational parameters open exclusively to qualified students or early-career content practitioners based permanently anywhere within India.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior internship history, freelance copywriting experience, or academic project portfolio management focused on digital content writing, marketing collateral creation, or blogging.
  • Practical exposure to live paid advertising funnels, conversion tracking metrics, or search engine landing page optimization rules.
  • Familiarity navigating creative asset boards, asset maps, or UI flow modules natively inside design platforms like Figma.
