Job Description

Sybill, a B2B AI assistant that automates CRM updates and administrative drudgery for sales reps, is looking for a Content Writer. We have raised $15M and serve 750+ customers. This role is unique because it focuses on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) alongside SEO. You will create "answer-first" content designed to rank on Google and show up in AI answers (like ChatGPT/Perplexity) for sales leaders and revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Intent Writing: Create blogs and long-form content optimized for B2B SaaS audiences (sales leaders, founders).
  • AEO Strategy: Optimize content for AI-powered answer engines and LLM retrieval by structuring it with direct, concise answers and question-based headings.
  • Topic Coverage: Research and write about sales workflows, revenue intelligence, AI in sales, and pipeline visibility.
  • Content Structuring: Structure content to be scannable and "answer-driven" using FAQs, lists, and comparisons.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain a tone that is clear, confident, practical, and insight-led.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience writing SEO-driven content for B2B SaaS, sales, or revenue-focused audiences.
  • Search Intent: Strong understanding of keyword research and identifying what users are looking for.
  • Structure: Ability to break down complex topics into clear, scannable formats that directly answer user questions.
  • Complexity: Ability to simplify complex concepts around sales, AI, and workflows.
  • Focus: This role is for search-driven content, NOT social media or brand storytelling.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AEO, featured snippets, or AI-optimized content.
  • Basic understanding of how LLMs surface and summarize content.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM workflows.
