About the Role: ModSquad is looking for a skilled Content Moderator who is passionate about protecting youth communities. You will monitor interactions across social platforms to keep communities safe, respectful, and vibrant for some of the world's most beloved brands.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor activity across comments, messages, mentions, and posts to ensure the community stays active and on-topic.
  • Enforce community guidelines by removing inappropriate, offensive, or spam content.
  • Identify and escalate sensitive concerns, customer complaints, or potential crises to the appropriate teams.
  • Gather insights by tracking trends, FAQs, or common complaints to help improve the user experience.

What You Bring

  • Passion for protecting youth communities and supporting vibrant online ecosystems.
  • A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or above with at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBPS or greater.
  • Willingness to download and install ModSquad security systems and undergo a background check.
