About Parcelhero Group: Parcelhero Group is a premier, data-driven e-commerce logistics innovator and a leading UK parcel delivery price comparison platform, attracting more than 5 million active visitors annually. Established in 2003, Parcelhero operates a highly sophisticated remote-first corporate ecosystem powered by over 130 technology professionals globally. Positioned on an intensive growth trajectory, the group is aggressively expanding its international footprint with the launch of Parcelhero Pro—a cutting-edge shipping, tracking, and fulfillment platform engineered to help Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce retailers streamline multi-carrier distribution pipelines across the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, execution-heavy Content Manager to join our fast-moving Product and Marketing collective in a full-time remote capacity within the United States. In this comprehensive technical copywriting and system management seat, you will claim absolute ownership over the complete content output and digital reputation engine for the entire Parcelhero Group. Moving past simple copy adjustments, you will serve as the principal administrator and operator of our headless Content Management System (CMS), Storyblok, managing content deployments across a rapidly growing multi-tenant web portfolio. This position demands a self-directed digital marketer who treats advanced generative AI engines like Claude as foundational infrastructure components to deliver high-quality, data-verified copy blocks at volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • CMS & Headless Architecture Ownership: Oversee day-to-day component deployments, page configurations, and technical template governance natively within the Storyblok headless CMS framework.
  • Multi-Locale Content Expansion: Build, customize, and maintain localized content hierarchies across international country nodes, ensuring structural design consistency and regional semantic adaptations for UK, USA, and European markets.
  • Technical SEO Infrastructure Hygiene: Enforce strict structural on-page optimization parameters across all live pages, calibrating URL nesting structures, meta titles, meta descriptions, image alt texts, heading hierarchies, and canonical link definitions.
  • GEO & AEO Optimization Engineering: Research, develop, and execute strategic content formatting patterns designed to maximize platform discovery metrics within Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) search graphs.
  • Omnichannel Text Copywriting: Write and optimize high-conversion marketing content across diverse technical formats, encompassing expert B2B guides, case studies, website landing copy, e-commerce blog posts, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Organic Social Media & Design Curation: Own and schedule high-frequency content streams across organic social channels via Hootsuite, translating visual briefs into sleek graphic elements natively inside Canva.
  • Review & Online Reputation Governance: Drive customer sentiment monitoring loops and manage escalation strategies across public review databases including Feefo, Trustpilot, and Google Reviews.
  • Analytics-Driven Performance Auditing: Audit data trends, traffic drops, and user conversion funnels utilizing Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console to update the continuous content calendar.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of verified professional history running content management pipelines, enterprise copy writing tracks, or search marketing initiatives for technology, marketplace, or software product organizations.
  • Hands-on operational expertise independently configuring page layouts and asset components within Storyblok or comparable component-based headless CMS environments (such as Contentful, Sanity, or Prismic).
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel brand footprints, demonstrating a verified portfolio of both long-form B2B thought leadership pieces and consumer-facing B2C conversion copy.
  • Solid, functional understanding of core on-page search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, metadata structures, internal linking graphs, and basic schema parameters.
  • Proven background running data analysis and extraction loops using web performance index tracking platforms, primarily GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Active, masterly command over generative language applications (specifically leveraging Claude or ChatGPT parameters) to securely accelerate messaging volume and syntax refinement.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with a deep understanding of English grammatical rules and audience adaptations.
  • Location Context: Full-time operational parameters open exclusively to qualified digital growth specialists permanently based anywhere within the United Kingdom.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience managing digital content engines or software marketplaces within the e-commerce fulfillment, automated logistics, SaaS, or shipping technology domains.
  • Practical familiarity managing localized asset translating modules or publishing content configurations across multiple European regional language locales.
  • Exposure to agile project collaboration environments using workflow managers like Linear, Asana, or Monday.com.

What We Offer

  • Equitable Annual Compensation Matrix: An attractive, capability-calibrated annual base salary range of £50,000 – £60,000 GBP, designed to reward your technical background, domain skillset, and individual execution speed.
  • The exceptional professional canvas to completely direct, formulate, and optimize the global content engine for a category-defining international logistics platform.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering high lifestyle autonomy, predictable 9:00 AM to 5:30 pm GMT working hours, and a highly collaborative workspace.
  • A generous annual leave package paired with fully paid leave standard across all official UK bank holidays, company sick pay schemes, and a dedicated paid day off for your birthday.
  • Structured performance evaluations and regular salary merit reviews engineered to transparently reward hard results and infrastructure development.
