Content Integrator (e-Learning)

We are looking for a Content Integrator to join our Digital Engineering team. You will be responsible for creating, processing, and publishing library and custom courses, ensuring they meet strict quality standards. You will act as the bridge between content and technology, resolving technical bugs and ensuring smooth deployment on partner sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Course Production: Process and publish library and custom e-learning courses while ensuring accuracy and meeting task timelines.
• Technical QA: Resolve content-related technical bugs and ensure courses are free of browser compatibility issues.
• Standards & Innovation: Maintain course review standards and bring new innovation/technologies to the existing team.
• Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the project management team and provide documentation on request.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of working experience in a similar environment.
• Web Technologies: Strong command of web standards, HTML5, CSS-driven/tableless layouts, and DHTML (JavaScript/CSS).
• Templates: Experience working with dynamically generated templates.
• Testing: Knowledge of unit testing, debugging techniques, and browser compatibility issues.
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Industry: Candidates with experience within the e-Learning industry will be preferred.

• Ability to work within tight deadlines and display resourcefulness in problem-solving.
