Content Creator (Social Media & Reels)

SuperKalam (YC W23) is revolutionizing personalized education with AI-driven mentorship tailored to each student’s unique needs. We are a super-pumped team rethinking learning in an AI-first world. We are looking for a Content Creator who can craft engaging stories for UPSC aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

• Reels Production: Create engaging posts, reels, and videos for Instagram and Facebook (Target: 3 Reels/week).
• Scripting & Storytelling: Write compelling scripts in English and Hindi. You must understand audience psychology, use effective "hooks," and maintain a smooth content flow.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on UPSC-related trends and social media updates to create relevant content.
• Student Insights: Be well-versed with student life, the Indian education system, and the UPSC preparation journey.
• Production: Basic video editing and design sense are required.

Requirements

• Portfolio: A portfolio (YouTube channel, Instagram Handle, or Shorts) is a MUST-HAVE to show your proof of work.
• Language: Strong writing skills in both English and Hindi.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the UPSC landscape and student struggles.
• Tech: Basic understanding of SEO and social media algorithms.
