Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, highly collaborative, and technical Content Creator to shape and scale how the Blackthorn brand shows up across our owned distribution channels. Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, you will act as a high-agency strategist and hands-on builder to translate product value, campaign priorities, and complex customer insights into unique narrative vectors. This role demands a programmatic content developer who enthusiastically runs advanced generative AI tools to maximize multi-surface demand, optimize organic engagement pipelines on LinkedIn and YouTube, and spearhead repurposing strategies for long-form webinar assets. Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Infrastructure: Own the daily content strategy, script writing, and asset layout execution across LinkedIn and YouTube channels to expand organic brand awareness.
  • Agile Video Production: Conceptualize, edit, and launch high-impact vertical video clips, behind-the-scenes storytelling layouts, and platform-native animations to capture B2B target buyers.
  • Webinar Content Repurposing: Consult on live webinar formats, design promotional lead generation assets, and lead post-event redistribution strategies to turn live recordings into structured social posts, emails, and blog posts.
  • Brand Evolution Frameworks: Translate corporate vision and Salesforce ecosystem value streams into human-centric, confident, and highly differentiated brand expressions.
  • AI Productivity Optimization: Maintain power-user proficiency with modern generative tools (such as Claude and ChatGPT), integrating advanced AI prompting workflows natively into your daily text and video editing setups.
  • Executive Advocacy Alignment: Partner tightly alongside internal cross-functional divisions, our Senior Content Marketing Manager, and C-suite leaders to guide executive social strategies and employee brand advocacy programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of verified professional history running social media management, brand storytelling, or multimedia copywriting tracks inside a B2B SaaS corporate architecture.
  • Exceptional copywriting, structural editing, and modern digital video editing skills, with a proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end asset production.
  • Demonstrated power-user proficiency utilizing advanced generative AI tools (**Claude or ChatGPT configuration workflows required**) to scale creative assets cleanly.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication mechanics, with the capacity to influence project paths across distributed networks without direct structural authority.
  • Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational flexibility geofenced exclusively to qualified applicants based permanently within active payroll states: **AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, or WI**.
