Bamboo is a major player in the African investment space. Misan is their product designed for African immigrants in the UK, Europe, and Canada to manage banking and payments. They are looking for a Community & Social Media Manager to bridge the gap between Nigeria and the Diaspora. You aren't just posting tweets; you are building relationships with community leaders abroad and driving user acquisition through digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Diaspora Engagement: Build strong relationships with diaspora communities, influencers, and cultural organizations in the UK, Europe, and Canada.
• Social Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with marketing goals and drives brand awareness.
• Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships with relevant organizations to drive user growth.
• Content Creation: Ideate and create high-quality photo and video content.
• Analytics: Use tools like Buffer or Sprout Social to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in community building, social media management, and digital content creation.
• Track Record: Proven history of developing social strategies that actually drive business growth (not just likes).
• Tools: Proficiency in analytics and scheduling tools (Buffer, Sprout Social).
