Cold Calling & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

About the Role: 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide. The objective of this engagement is to provide high-quality Outbound Cold Calling & Lead Generation services, assisting the client in engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointments to improve overall business efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to cold homeowner leads and engage prospects in professional, conversational dialogue.
• Handle objections, introduce the purpose of the call, and gauge interest in selling property.
• Ask qualifying questions to assess seller motivation and identify viable opportunities based on client criteria.
• Set appointments or secure permission for client follow-up calls, ensuring only relevant leads are passed on.
• Record call outcomes, maintain organized tracking of all interactions (CRM or dialer), and flag high-priority leads for immediate follow-up.
• Work with the client to refine scripts, call flow, and targeting based on campaign performance and feedback.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales outreach.
• Strong verbal communication, rapport-building skills, and resilience to handle rejection comfortably.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
• Proficiency with Dialers (Power Dialer / Predictive Dialer preferred), CRM systems, and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
• Bonus: Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
