Clinical Research Associate I/ Clinical Research Associate II

About the Role: Precision for Medicine is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate I/II to join our team in Turkey. You will focus on an average of one to two studies, setting you up to be a protocol expert. You will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure that clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study (i.e., identify investigators, help prepare regulatory submissions, conduct pre-study and initiation visits).
• Identify potential study risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Take responsibility for the quality and outcomes of your work.
• Handle conflict by using tried and true resolution strategies.

What You Bring

• University degree in life science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 months of experience as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Site management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research.
• Oncology monitoring experience.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Bonus: Start-up activities experience.
