Job Description
About the Role: Vetcove is modernizing the animal health industry by giving veterinary organizations the tools to focus more on patient care. As a Clinic Growth Manager, you'll design and run programs that keep thousands of veterinary clinics engaged, growing, and getting real value from Vetcove. You'll think in programs, using data, content, and community to move thousands of clinics at once.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage a clinic community program including newsletters, referral programs, peer spotlights, and online engagement initiatives.
- Develop and run clinic-focused seminars and educational webinars on best practices and successful workflows.
- Analyze usage trends, sales patterns, and platform engagement to build targeted re-engagement plans.
- Monitor key health metrics across the platform to flag at-risk accounts before churn becomes a risk.
- Leverage AI tools and partner with the data team to build dashboards tracking clinic health.
- Act as a feedback loop between clinics and the product team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience in Community Engagement, Growth Marketing, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- A track record of driving measurable growth outcomes across a large customer base within a SaaS or tech company.
- Comfort with data: pulling reports, spotting trends, and translating them into action.
- A natural communicator who can hold a room in a seminar, build trust 1:1, and write engaging content.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot, and experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry.

- Base salary range: $60,000 - $100,000 / year + bonus + equity.
