Client Success Specialist

About the Role: Trialfacts is a remote, entrepreneurial company at the forefront of advancing health research. We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to help our clients successfully recruit participants for their clinical trials. You will be a relationship-builder driving enrollment success in a proactive, fast-paced remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel confident using our systems.
• Proactively monitor client projects, develop strategies to meet enrollment targets, and address roadblocks.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering anticipatory and exceptional service.
• Maintain clear, timely, and proactive communication to anticipate needs and keep projects on track.
• Ensure quality standards are met and participant data is handled securely in line with privacy regulations.
