The Role: Carrier Coverage Representative

Loadsmart is expanding its Carrier Coverage team and is seeking a driven Carrier Coverage Representative to secure reliable carrier capacity for customer freight.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for trucking companies and owner-operators.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and web chat to book shipments.
• Support our growing carrier network.
