Position Overview

We are seeking a highly self-motivated, goal-oriented C++ Developer with extensive full-time custom game engine experience to join our core Engineering group. In this project-based remote seat, you will be responsible for maintaining, refactoring, and constructing high-performance software code blocks across multiple assigned work streams. Moving far beyond high-level gameplay scripts, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary creators and engineers to provide technical oversight, ship new gameplay features, and apply critical low-level resource optimizations to active live games. This track requires an autonomous problem solver who loves digital content production and brings an intense passion for building awesome gaming experiences across console, PC, and mobile systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Core C++ Systems Engineering: Maintain, refactor, and deploy highly optimized code paths using native C++ across all assigned software development work streams.
• Live Game Feature Hardening: Support active, high-traffic game products by designing, programming, and launching fresh features alongside deep frame-rate and asset optimizations.
• Architectural Oversight: Provide structural guidance and technical design alignment across the entirety of the application layer to enforce code modularity and cleanliness.
• Cross-Disciplinary Engineering Syncs: Collaborate cross-functionally with distributed software engineers, technical designers, and content creators to devise optimal answers for complex engineering challenges.
• Compilation Optimization: Leverage a deep technical knowledge of compiler inner workings to ensure lightning-fast execution, clean hardware abstraction, and smooth builds.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of verified commercial history operating as a professional C++ Game Developer within studio environments.
• Demonstrated history driving cross-platform software development cycles (targeting PC, console, or mobile operating networks).
• Deep, granular technical understanding of compiler mechanics, memory allocation loops, and low-level code compilation behaviors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication mechanics, maintaining absolute fluency in English.
