Business Systems Analyst II

About the Role: Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly. As an integral member of the Business Systems team within the Revenue Org, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to craft technical solutions to business problems. You will lead high-impact projects from inception to completion, ensuring that each initiative aligns with the company's strategic goals and delivers measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Develop requirements to automate and scale core processes; translate needs into user stories and process flows.
• Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle from intake through delivery and post-launch validation.
• Gather and report data using tools such as Salesforce, IronClad, and Snowflake to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead and execute billing systems initiatives to support diverse product and pricing strategies.
• Leverage project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion) to deliver timely updates and manage product migrations.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience with business systems, focusing on the commerce-to-cash process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Snowflake, and other reporting and data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and interconnected system architectures.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
