Business Operations Specialist

About the Role: ANNA is a high-growth, US-based startup providing neurodiversity-affirming autism care. We are seeking an operational "utility player" to partner with our leadership team. This role is unique due to its explicit expectation of AI fluency—you will be a daily power-user of Claude to automate workflows, manage people operations, and support our senior leaders in a Chief-of-Staff capacity.

What You'll Do

• People Ops: Own the employee lifecycle, including end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, HRIS maintenance (Ashby/Rippling), and compliance documentation.
• AI-Native Operations: Replace manual, repetitive tasks with automated workflows using Claude, MCP servers, and no-code tools (Asana, Make, etc.).
• Executive Support: Manage senior leader calendars, travel logistics, meeting prep, and inbox triage with high judgment and discretion.
• Operational Projects: Drive the "long tail" of important projects—vendor onboarding, internal comms, ad-hoc research, and SOP cleanup.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain our internal knowledge base to ensure policies and processes are easy to find and trust.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Ops, BizOps, Executive Ops, or People Ops at a fast-paced company.
• AI Fluency: Proven daily use of generative AI (Claude preferred) to build automations, projects, and reusable workflows.
• Experience supporting senior leaders directly (calendar/logistics/follow-through).
• Excellent written English with a warm, professional communication style.
• Requirement: Ability to work full-time US Eastern hours (approx. 9pm – 6am Manila time).
• Bonus: Experience with Ashby/HRIS platforms, MCP servers, and no-code automation (Zapier/Make).
