This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a hunter's mentality, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for technology and sales in a fast-paced, remote environment. ### Key Responsibilities * **Strategic Prospecting & Research:** Conduct in-depth research to identify target accounts and key decision-makers within our ideal customer profiles, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other data sources. * **Multi-Channel Outreach:** Execute compelling and personalized outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, LinkedIn messages, and other relevant channels to generate new sales opportunities. * **Lead Qualification:** Qualify inbound and outbound leads rigorously to assess their fit with our solution, understanding their pain points, business needs, and urgency. * **Meeting Scheduling:** Successfully schedule high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff and comprehensive brief. * **CRM Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). * **Collaboration & Feedback:** Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies, refine messaging, and provide valuable market feedback. * **Continuous Learning:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and our product's evolving features to articulate value effectively to prospects. ### What We're Looking For * **Experience:** 1-3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a B2B SaaS environment. * **Communication Mastery:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively. * **Resilience & Drive:** A highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven, competitive sales environment. * **Tech Savvy:** Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach.io), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). * **Active Listener:** Strong active listening skills to uncover prospect needs and tailor conversations effectively. * **Team Player:** Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while working independently in a remote setup. * **Problem-Solver:** Resourceful and adaptable, with a knack for overcoming objections and finding creative solutions. ### Benefits * Competitive base salary with uncapped commission (OTE). * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans. * Generous paid time off and company holidays. * Opportunities for professional development and career growth within a scaling organization. * Flexible remote work environment with a supportive team culture. * Stipend for home office setup and internet expenses.
