Business Development Manager, Affiliate

About the Role: At OKX, we are a leading crypto exchange giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). We are looking for a Business Development Manager, Affiliate to develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns while expanding influencer resources in the local Vietnam market.

What You'll Do

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns and improve the performance of existing affiliates.
• Focus on expanding influencer resources in the local market to bring trading users and income to the platform.
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and optimize business development strategies to ensure high conversion rates.
• Analyze user habits and user behavior to judge the trend of business development.

What You Bring

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space.
• Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• Strong understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods.
