Business Analyst

About the Role: At Mindera, we are looking for a Business Analyst who brings a sharp analytical mind and excels in high-impact collaboration. You will be the bridge between vision and execution, responsible for taking complex ideas and turning them into clear, actionable requirements for our software engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Gather, clarify, and document requirements for complex software projects.
• Manage the backlog, supporting the writing and refinement of user stories and tickets to ensure they are "Ready" for development.
• Work closely with QEs to define acceptance criteria and Designers to align functional requirements with user experience.
• Identify high-value items using data-driven decision-making to ensure the team stays focused on priorities.
• Spot bottlenecks in the process and suggest ways to improve ticket cycle time and flow using Agile tools.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Requirement Engineering and Backlog Management.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
• Clear and effective communication to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong English proficiency and a self-driven, collaborative mindset.
