Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, precision-driven Brand and Marketing Designer to join our core centralized marketing division in a full-time remote capacity across Ireland, Spain, Brazil, Jordan, France, and the United Arab Emirates. In this high-leverage and execution-focused creative seat, you will step up to claim individual strategic operational accountability for directing the comprehensive visual narrative footprint for both Sarmad and Thamar across digital, sales, and corporate channels. Shifting completely away from routine domestic web editing or slow template filling, you will act as a principal visual architect—translating complex financial instruments, tech models, and market data into highly polished, scannable assets for senior B2B executives and institutional investors. This position requires an enterprise tech design veteran with 5+ years of dedicated history who structures high-end sales assets fluidly natively using Presentation Design models, manages multi-layered vector lines smoothly natively using Graphic Design principles, and maintains absolute brand consistency across diverse media subsystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle B2B Collateral Architecture: Design, format, and scale complex, conversion-ready B2B sales assets cleanly natively utilizing Presentation Design frameworks—specifically authoring enterprise sales decks, business proposals, investment brochures, one-pagers, and localized reports.
- Long-Form Document Engineering: Structure, typeset, and compile high-fidelity technical documentation layout records, designing clean diagrams and geometric data blocks to back stop formal white papers and financial trend publications.
- Executive Social Media Content Curation: Own and scale the visual presence of our leadership team on public channels, drafting high-impact LinkedIn visuals, multi-page carousels, and graphic campaign assets natively leveraging Graphic Design systems.
- Corporate Design System Governance: Build, clean, and document reusable template models, digital brand books, component kits, and visual rules to empower the broader product marketing cells to scale communication assets quickly.
- Digital Interface and Website Asset Setup: Support core web platforms by designing custom website visuals, layout configurations, iconography lines, and vector charts to enhance user engagement.
- Cross-Functional Value Message Translation: Partner in lockstep with distributed Content Writers and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to distill abstract investment formulas and SaaS features into intuitive visual designs.
- Rigorous Composition and Typography Quality Control: Enforce rigid visual standards across all channels, meticulously auditing typographic hierarchy maps, negative whitespace ratios, and strict brand consistency constraints.
- Asynchronous Multi-Project Administration: Coordinate and execute multiple creative deliverables independently under fast-paced technology venture deadlines, preserving clear metadata records and technical project paths.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history running commercial brand design, corporate marketing design, B2B graphic engineering, digital product layout consultation, or creative agency direction.
- Mandatory Field Expertise Requirement: Documented history producing high-quality design work specifically within B2B technology, fintech, baking infrastructure, capital investments, venture capital, or financial services sectors (applications lacking this domain depth will not be considered).
- Deep, authoritative technical command of advanced visual storytelling, typography rules, alignment constraints, semantic layout hierarchies, and brand deployment principles.
- Expert-tier capability drafting high-impact pitch decks, configuring master layouts, and mapping vector charts natively utilizing Presentation Design toolsets (specifically PowerPoint and Canva).
- Practical operational familiarity structuring multi-layered visual files, manipulating raster images, and exporting web-ready interactions natively using Graphic Design applications (specifically Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, alongside Figma).
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating verified commercial execution across complex social media blocks, investor presentations, long-form reports, and technical layouts.
- Excellent verbal, written, and document communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised clarity and professional alignment when syncing asynchronously across global remote hubs.
- Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified brand designers based permanently and resident within **Ireland**, **Spain**, **Brazil**, **Jordan**, **France**, or **the United Arab Emirates** to operate under a 100% remote home-office layout.
