Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, system-savvy Blue Yonder Techno Functional Consultant to join our core enterprise supply chain transformation team. In this high-impact position, you will leverage deep functional workflows and technical engineering knowledge of Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) ecosystems to deliver scalable solutions across complex operational environments. This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional business stakeholders, infrastructure architects, and project managers to translate complex supply chain criteria into efficient, automated platform architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End ERP Implementation: Lead the technical implementation, modular customization, configuration updates, and baseline platform support of Blue Yonder/JDA modules across supply chain planning cycles.
• Techno-Functional Scoping: Gather, analyze, and map complex business specifications into robust functional requirements, tech architectures, and database integration designs.
• System Integration & Workflows: Oversee enterprise data integration frameworks, structured data mappings, API communication routes, and backend batch processing loops to maintain platform continuity.
• Lifecycle Project Governance: Direct full-cycle project activities following Agile or hybrid milestones—covering business diagnostic workshops, functional test case scripts, clean deployments, and post-production hypercare.
• Incident Remedial Diagnostics: Troubleshoot critical platform bugs, run comprehensive root cause tracking analysis, and implement sustainable patch solutions to optimize system reliability.
• User Enablement & Documentation: Lead comprehensive user training clinics and author interactive functional manuals, data schemas, process flowcharts, and operational runbooks.
• Platform Modernization: Participate actively in cloud migration initiatives, version upgrades, and comprehensive system optimization tracks to improve end-to-end supply chain planning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 to 20 years of progressive professional experience operating as a dedicated Techno-Functional Consultant or Solutions Architect inside **Blue Yonder / JDA** enterprise application environments.
• Proven expertise configuring, customizing, and supporting core Blue Yonder/JDA modules across multi-site enterprise supply chains.
• Deep domain understanding of modern supply chain management (SCM) processes, inventory rulesets, and planning lifecycles.
• Demonstrated capability to act as a technical bridge, translating real-world functional business friction points into clear programmatic blueprints.
• Extensive experience authoring enterprise-grade functional specifications, automated testing templates, and solution design matrices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with comfort collaborating smoothly across onsite and offshore development squads.
• Familiarity executing technical projects inside Agile, Scrum, or hybrid product delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or an allied quantitative discipline.
• Location Context: 100% remote working infrastructure framework open to senior consultants based inside India.

Preferred Strategic Assets (Nice to Have)

• Direct hands-on experience deploying **Order Optimization** modules and advanced end-to-end supply chain planning solutions.
• Functional knowledge governing demand planning matrices, automated fulfillment protocols, inventory optimization, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP deployments, data modernization loops, backend **SQL querying**, or technical scripting toolsets.
• Formal professional certifications in Blue Yonder / JDA technologies.
