Binance Accelerator Program - LLM Data Scientist (Intern / Early Career)

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a concise, fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will contribute to the design and development of AI agents integrated into live systems, gaining behind-the-scenes access to the world’s largest blockchain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Design: Design, prototype, and iterate AI agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
• System Integration: Contribute to the design and development of AI agents integrated into live systems, collaborating closely with senior engineers.
• Performance Evaluation: Help build and maintain benchmark datasets to evaluate AI performance.
• Innovation: Apply Prompt Engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques to solve real-world problems.

Requirements

• Eligibility: Must be currently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field (or be a recent graduate).
• LLM Expertise: Familiarity with LLM application development, including Prompt Engineering and RAG.
• Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph is a strong plus.
• Coding Skills: Strong programming fundamentals and experience with Python.
• Commitment: Ability to commit to at least a 6-month tenure, working 5 days per week.

Nice to Have

• Fine-Tuning: Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning is a plus.
