About the Role: My Money Matters exists to change the financial outlook for public sector workers through innovative products and digital coaching. We are looking for a B2C Marketing Manager to own and optimize our B2C member journey. You will drive engagement, activation, and product adoption using a digital-first approach that goes beyond email, testing new channels and strategies as we scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own the B2C member journey end-to-end, delivering engaging, value-driven experiences across multiple touchpoints.
  • Plan, write, build, and execute campaigns to drive activation and long-term product adoption.
  • Identify gaps in the member journey and build lifecycle/CRM campaigns to improve outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance using data insights to continuously optimize results and report to leadership.
  • Test and explore new channels, messaging, and growth opportunities using a data-led, test-and-learn approach.
  • Create compelling member-facing content across email, intranet, posters, and digital platforms.

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of owning campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging for a consumer audience.
  • Experience managing campaigns and reporting through CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • A proactive, high-agency mindset with the confidence to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, financial services, or working with public sector audiences (e.g., NHS).
