Automation Engineer

About the Role: Real is a publicly traded, fast-growing global real estate brokerage powered by technology. As our Automation Engineer, you will work across marketing, analytics, and creative operations to connect systems, simplify processes, and automate busywork. You will identify inefficiencies, build integrations, and bring automation into daily processes to help the team stay focused on high-impact work.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with teams to map current workflows and identify areas for automation to save time and improve consistency.
• Build and maintain automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make, and support advanced needs with Python/JS scripts and API calls.
• Connect data between platforms like Google AppSheet, Airtable, or internal dashboards.
• Explore AI integration using OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini to design scalable AI-powered workflows, including RAG pipelines and agent-based systems.
• Document your work clearly and support team adoption and training.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience working with automation, technical operations, or digital tools.
• Hands-on familiarity with Zapier, n8n, or similar tools, along with strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Comfortable working with APIs end-to-end, version control systems (GitHub), and scalable architectures.
• Bonus: Exposure to SQL/BigQuery, BI tools (Looker Studio/Tableau), and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
