About the Role: At Netflix Games Studio, our mission is to entertain the world. We are looking for a versatile Audio Lead to join our Internal Game Development team. You will partner with cross-disciplinary teams to define and execute high-quality audio direction, balance creative leadership with hands-on implementation, and manage external partners to elevate the player experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own the voice over pipeline and design sound effects, defining the immersive audio environment of our games.
  • Implement audio content using middleware (FMOD, Wwise) and collaborate with designers and engineers.
  • Manage outsourced musical artists, sound designers, and voice actors, seamlessly integrating their work.
  • Provide audio mood boards, clear feature documentation, and creative feedback to teammates.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as an Audio Lead with a proven track record in recording voice-overs, creating music, and designing sound effects for video games.
  • Expertise with industry-standard game audio tools (FMOD, Wwise) and DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Audacity).
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Bonus: Prior experience working on games made in Unity and Unreal, and experience as a music composer.
