Role Overview

We are looking for a Community Moderator for the Trust & Safety team. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating real-time audio, video, and chat conversations to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintain a safe user environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate live and recorded audio, video, and chat conversations.
• Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content.
• Ensure consistent implementation of platform safety standards and community policies.
• Maintain accurate moderation records and contribute to periodic quality audits.
• Engage with users and hosts to clarify platform policies and resolve conflicts.
• Stay updated with evolving safety protocols and moderation guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Language Proficiency: Must be able to Read, Write, and Speak fluently in Malayalam and English.
• Prior experience in content moderation or Trust & Safety operations is preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and general computer operations.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
