Associate, ML Data Operations (GO-AI Operations)

The GO-AI Operations team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers by providing real-time and offline data auditing services. We are looking for an Associate to watch videos of "stowing actions" at fulfillment centers, using human judgment to verify product locations and maintain inventory accuracy. This process directly supports defect reduction and maintains high stow quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Auditing: Watch several hundred short videos (15–20 seconds) per shift of stowing actions in fulfillment centers.
• Data Accuracy: Verify or mark the location of products using internal tools with the highest level of accuracy and speed.
• Productivity Targets: Ensure 6.8 to 7 hours per day are spent actively answering/auditing videos.
• Detail Orientation: Identify details even from blurry or less sharp videos, requiring a high level of focus and attention.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
• WFH Setup: Must maintain a dedicated workspace (table, chair, sufficient lighting) where data cannot be accessed by anyone else.
• Tech Readiness: Willingness to switch ON laptop camera during virtual meetings.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in Rotational Shifts (24x7 environment), including night shifts and weekends.
• Location: Readiness to come to the office for a few days if required, though the role is primarily work-from-home.

Shift & Logistics

• Schedule: 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off (rotational, not necessarily Sat/Sun).
• Shift Timing: 9-hour shifts (including breaks); timings change every 3-4 months.
• Allowance: Night shift allowance is provided as per Amazon’s policy.
