Associate Litigation Counsel

About the Role: Real (Nasdaq: REAX) is a publicly traded, fast-growing global real estate brokerage powered by technology. We are looking for an Associate Litigation Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team. In this role, you will manage a broad range of litigation matters, disputes, and regulatory inquiries across the U.S. and Canada, partnering with business leaders to shape legal strategy in a fast-paced, innovative industry.

What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes (commercial, consumer, and employment).
• Oversee intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, and domain name enforcement.
• Partner with business teams to identify legal risks and develop practical, business-focused solutions.
• Supervise outside counsel to ensure high-quality, cost-effective legal representation.
• Lead internal investigations, subpoena responses, and e-discovery processes in collaboration with IT.
• Monitor and advise on evolving legal and regulatory developments impacting our tech-powered real estate platform.

What You Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or a combination of law firm and in-house corporate legal environments.
• Strong knowledge of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution practices.
• Proven ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
• Experience with legal technology and e-discovery platforms.
• Bonus: Intellectual property experience, including trademark and copyright matters.
