Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech companies, using a Customer Generation methodology focused on SQLs and customer acquisition. Services include Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy.

This role is internally listed as Associate Director, Paid Media.
Overview:
Associate Directors are crucial at Directive, responsible for client and employee retention, with their performance directly impacting our P&L.
Role and Responsibilities:
Goal Setting: Associate Directors (AsD’s) are directly responsible for setting client engagement goals within their pod.
Best Practices: AsD’s ensure clients follow best practices across all channels and mediums, including:
LTV:CAC modeling
Customer Generation
Share of SERP
Functional Content
Breakdown Barriers: Support strategists in gaining approval for campaigns by understanding and addressing potential roadblocks. Ensure roadblocks are discussed in 1:1s with Strategists and action plans are established.
Accountability: Lead, don't just manage. Build structure, create a cadence, provide proactive support, and empower your team with clear communication and expectation setting.
Goals:
NSM Attainment: 100%
CSAT: 4.2+
Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1)

Work Environment Requirements:
This is a remote-first company. This role can operate 100% virtually from your home office, specifically within Canada (as per the job title/location string). Collaboration is primarily through virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack. Requirements include operating a laptop (PC or Mac), computer software, and other office productivity tools; remaining stationary for extended periods; observing and interpreting communication; having reliable internet access; and a professional background.
