Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer

Substance is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer for a client in the technology space. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that solve real-world problems using cutting-edge AI technologies, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning models to solve industry-specific challenges.
• Pipeline Design: Design scalable data pipelines and preprocess datasets for training and inference.
• Innovation: Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (GPT, Stable Diffusion).
• Optimization: Conduct error analysis and improve models to address bias, fairness, and explainability.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing production systems.

Requirements

• Programming: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Frameworks: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Domain Expertise: Expertise in at least one area: NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI.
• Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model deployment.
• Math: Strong grasp of linear algebra, probability, and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS, AI, or Data Science.
• Experience in sectors like Healthcare, Finance, or Autonomous Systems.
