Application Architect (Java, Angular)

Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for an Application Architect fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely (within EU). In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot application architecture;
• Architecture and design of information systems and review of the architecture of existing systems;
• Design and development of architecture components and building blocks (back-end/front-end);
• Data analysis and data modelling;
• Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
• Production of software architecture documents.

Requirements:

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
• At least 3 years of proven expertise in Java, Angular and Weblogic or other JEE container, management;
• Good knowledge of Middleware systems (e.g. Weblogic Application Server, Oracle Service Bus);
• Good knowledge of messaging services and platforms (e.g. Java Message Service, Apache Kafka);
• Good knowledge of eUI;
• Good knowledge in Akoma Ntoso: simple technology-neutral electronic representations in XML format of parliamentary, legislative and judiciary documents would be considered an asset;
• Excellent command of the English language.
