Analyst

About the Role: At Riveron, we partner with clients to solve complex finance challenges. We are looking for an Analyst to join our Corporate Human Resources department to support the recruitment lifecycle, track hiring progress, and maintain accurate data reporting.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer rollout.
• Track open positions, candidate movement, and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurately.
• Update dashboards and reports on a timely basis and support workforce planning analysis.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with data-backed insights and ensure compliance with internal policies.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or related qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Detail-oriented, process-focused, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle candidate data with discretion and integrity.
• Adaptability to respond well to changing hiring needs and fast-paced environments.
