Amazon Connect Automation Consultant

About the Role: NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a skilled Amazon Connect Automation QA Consultant to lead quality assurance efforts across contact center implementations. You will bring deep expertise in Amazon Connect testing, automated IVR validation, and load & performance testing to revolutionize workflows and elevate customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Amazon Connect contact flows (DTMF/ASR), verifying WebRTC support and network connectivity.
• Test CloudFormation stacks, Lambda integrations, Amazon Lex bots, and call center routing rules.
• Validate omni-channel routing across voice, chat, SMS, and email, and test Agentic AI and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) systems.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CodeDeploy.
• Elicit requirements and define load and performance test scopes using JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in Amazon Connect testing, automated IVR validation, and load & performance testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Bespoken, Operata, Cyara, or Hammer.
• Strong SQL and AWS cloud platform knowledge, including AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM.
• Proficiency in API integrations using Postman across Amazon Connect, Salesforce CRM, and WFM platforms.
• Ability to lead SIT & UAT coordination, defect management, and generate comprehensive quality reports.
