Amazon Catalog Specialist

About the Role: 20four7VA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Catalog Specialist (Independent Contractor) to manage and optimize product listings across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. This remote role involves ensuring catalog accuracy, resolving listing issues, and improving content quality to drive visibility and conversion for global clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain product listings within Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues, including suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and variation inconsistencies.
• Utilize and upload flat files (bulk templates) for efficient catalog updates and large-scale changes.
• Work directly with Amazon Support and Brand Registry to open cases, resolve conflicts, and enforce brand content.
• Conduct regular detail page audits to identify opportunities for SEO-driven content improvement and conversion optimization.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience with Amazon Vendor Central and 1+ year with Amazon Seller Central.
• Proven hands-on experience with flat files, bulk uploads, and troubleshooting Amazon catalog issues.
• Strong understanding of variation relationships, catalog structure, and Amazon listing guidelines.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
• Bonus: Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment.
