Job Description
About the Role: Trusted empowers the healthcare workforce with technology-first solutions to optimize the clinical workforce. We are hiring a new team member for our high growth Allied Advocate team to help more people everywhere get care. As an Allied Travel Clinician Recruiter (Allied Advocate), you will work proactively to educate and develop relationships with clinicians working with Trusted to find their next great career opportunity. You will deeply understand the goals and desires of clinicians and facilitate their placement at opportunities that align with those goals.
What you will do
- Independently source and place allied clinicians onto travel assignments.
- Independently manage a working staff portfolio delivering a supportive and exceptional working experience to your clinicians.
- Utilize independent insight and discretion when conducting multiple intake calls daily with new job seekers.
- Draw from prior experience and exercise judgment to evaluate a clinician's qualifications and suitability for placement.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in the systems, processes and tools used to engage with job seekers and manage end-to-end job search workflows.
- Contribute to the team culture in a positive way and regularly surface feedback.
- Provide emergency phone line coverage for 1 week-long shift per year.
Who you are & What you need
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (AA/AS or BA/BS Degree preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or a revenue-generating role is required (2+ years preferred).
- Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies.
- Results-oriented, methodical problem solver focused on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional at developing relationships and comfortable handling 150-200+ candidate touchpoints per day.
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting and/or travel experience is a plus.
