THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an AI Specialist in our Financial Systems area in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

We are looking for a Senior, versatile, and innovative Automation & AI Solutions Engineer to help shape the future of our internal automation ecosystem. In this role, you will be a key player in architecting scalable solutions that bridge the gap between traditional RPA and the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence. You will join a forward-thinking team focused on transforming complex financial and operational workflows into seamless, intelligent processes.

YOUR IMPACT

• System Ownership: Take technical ownership of our existing automation infrastructure, ensuring high reliability and continuous improvement of our bot ecosystem.
• Scalable Development: Lead the design and deployment of large-scale automation projects, specifically focusing on expanding our global invoice portal network to drive operational efficiency.
• AI & Innovation: Explore and integrate AI-driven tools (such as OCR, LLMs, and Document AI) to enhance automation capabilities and solve complex business challenges.
• Tech Stack Integration: Develop end-to-end solutions using a variety of platforms—from Automation Anywhere (AA) to API integrations and ETL tools—ensuring the best technology is applied to each use case.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for documentation, security, and process integrity, supporting our commitment to robust internal controls.

WHO YOU ARE

• Technical Expertise: Solid experience with Automation Anywhere (AA) is essential to support and evolve our current environment.
• Engineering Mindset: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and a strong understanding of API-led connectivity.
• Passion for AI: A genuine interest in staying ahead of the curve with Generative AI and Machine Learning to create more adaptive and "human-like" automation.
• Strategic Problem Solver: Someone who looks beyond the immediate task to understand the business impact and long-term scalability of their code.
• Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
