AI/RAG engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI/RAG Engineer to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility will be building sophisticated AI search agents. This includes implementing advanced architectures like ReAct, planning, and multi-agent systems. You will have the opportunity to leverage custom implementations or utilize popular frameworks such as LangGraph, Dify, or CrewAI to bring these agents to life. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy AI search agents utilizing ReAct, planning, and multi-agent architectures. - Implement custom solutions or utilize frameworks like LangGraph, Dify, and CrewAI. - Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance agent capabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions. - Optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and RAG technologies. - Troubleshoot and debug complex AI systems. Requirements: - Proven experience in building AI agents and implementing complex AI architectures. - Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries. - Hands-on experience with RAG methodologies. - Familiarity with frameworks such as LangGraph, Dify, or CrewAI is highly desirable. - Understanding of ReAct, planning, and multi-agent system concepts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
