Job Description
Pocket FM, the world’s largest audio-series platform with 250+ million listeners, is looking for an AI Video Editor. You will be responsible for editing and producing engaging video ads for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, using a mix of traditional editing and cutting-edge AI video creation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Video Creation: Use AI tools like Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, and Vidu to generate and enhance video content.
- Ad Production: Edit high-converting long-form and short-form video ads for social platforms.
- Data-Driven Editing: Analyze performance metrics (CTR, Retention, CPI) to optimize creative effectiveness. You aren't just making art; you are making ads that convert.
- Script Collaboration: Partner with writers to develop high-performing ad scripts.
- Standard Editing: Work proficiently with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Requirements
- AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, or Vidu is mandatory.
- Editing Suite: Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Marketing Mindset: Strong analytical mindset to assess performance and optimize content for CTR and CPI.
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience: Proven experience creating video ads for social platforms (TikTok/Reels style content).
