AI Strategist - Supernal

About the Role: At Supernal (Infinity Constellation), we hire, train, and manage "AI Employees" for businesses—complete, end-to-end digital teammates. As a Senior Project Manager (AI Strategist), you are accountable for the controllable success of your projects, acting as the single-threaded owner from kickoff through handover to ongoing maintenance and support.

What You'll Do

• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics while breaking work into milestones and dependencies.
• Own all reporting for your clients and lead all written and verbal communication, including weekly client syncs.
• Manage the Build to Subscription transition with clear successful exit criteria and readiness plans.
• Partner with the Lead AI Mason (technical expert) to verify scoping, resource needs, and validate progress.
• Ensure testing, validation, and reviews are completed, and conduct structured post-mortems to capture learnings.

What You Bring

• 6–10+ years managing complex programs with a proven record of on-time, to-spec delivery (SaaS, AI, and automation experience is a plus).
• Deep experience in scope definition, planning, risk, and change management.
• Confidence operating across technical and executive stakeholder levels.
• Familiarity with the core stack: workflow automation (n8n), low-code frontends (Lovable), databases (Supabase), webhooks, and APIs.
• Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with modern PM tools.
