AI Product Manager

About the Role: We're looking for an AI Product Manager who builds, not just specs. This is not a traditional PM role. You won't write requirements and wait for designers or developers to pick them up. You'll use Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI tools to prototype working solutions yourself. You'll ship fast, learn from users, and iterate.

What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for core organic growth platform features and run continuous discovery (user interviews, data analysis, competitor research).
• Prototype working solutions using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit) and work with engineers to refine and ship production-ready features.
• Track competitors obsessively and stay ahead of AI search platform changes (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI).
• Live in product analytics tools daily (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) to define KPIs, run experiments, and measure impact.
• Obsess over UX friction points, pushing for simplicity and clarity in every interaction.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to support launches and connect customer feedback to product decisions.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in product at a fast-moving startup (AI company preferred).
• Power user of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) for daily work and prototyping.
• Some software engineering background (you can read and write code).
• Builder PM mindset: you prototype solutions, not just document requirements, and use AI tools to move at 10x speed.
• Strong UX instincts: you think like a user and know what good looks like.
• Data-driven approach: you use analytics tools daily to measure impact and kill features that aren't working.
• High ownership: you see problems and fix them without being asked, balancing speed with quality.
